I had a set meal of rubber yakisoba because it was Fukuchiyama's specialty B-class gourmet. It felt like Italian with tomato sauce, not like sauce yakisoba. If I wanted to, I would have liked a little more tomato sauce. Noodles are chewy noodles as the name suggests. It was a strange yakisoba.

A restaurant where you can eat Fukuchiyama's famous rubber yakisoba. Just be aware that business hours are short. The texture is chewy, almost rubbery, and unique.

I was attracted to Fukuchiyama's local B-grade gourmet, and it looked interesting, so I had rubber yakisoba. Certainly, the elastic noodles like rubber were unusually delicious, but other than that, it felt like normal delicious yakisoba. If anything, it was good that the salad was served together on the same plate.
