The small rice balls and the red dashi soup are the perfect way to end the meal, and I end up having them every time I go on a business trip. Lots of food, grilled fish, and shochu. It may be a nuisance to the store, but I'm always lazing around. I'm particular about the rice, the red miso, and I don't know if it's because of training, but my part-time job is always working hard to make it, even though the chef is scolding me. It's not just a rice ball, it's the ultimate bowl.
