More Comments at Google MapMy sister and me we love this cute little pancake shop! They have 3 different kinds of pancakes and the taste is amazing 😍 every morning we bought pancakes there :D And the owners are super cute and kind! Definitely worth trying:)
Watched it on YouTube and came to the store Order all types for now Katapan is baked and then dried over charcoal, and since all the moisture has been removed, it won't grow mold even if left for several months. It was too hard, so I was reminded to break it and eat it in small portions. Maru is grilled on both sides This is the state of Katapan before drying. Triangle is a dish that is folded into a triangular shape and baked while the inside remains soft. I'm often asked if it's okay to eat it half-cooked, but when I eat it, I realize it's hot enough to burn when it's freshly baked, so I was told that it's still on fire. It's true that a temperature of at least 75 degrees for one minute is required to kill food-poisoning bacteria, but it looks like the food is removed from the heat at the temperature that's just at the edge of meeting that requirement and still not solidifying. Wouldn't it be easier to understand if it was based on the same principle as rare pork siu cooked at a low temperature? It's similar to Awaji Island's pinsu-yaki. Katapan is 150 yen Otherwise 140 yen I think this price is exceptional even though it takes a lot of time to grill over charcoal. Personally, I especially liked Sankaku. I would like to keep Katapan at home. Repeat is confirmed!
I received triangular bread. Crispy on the outside! The fluffy inside was creamy and delicious😋
