Kyoto, Japan｜Tsuke-yasai Isoism

Simply amazing food! It is hands down the best food we have had in Kyoto in two weeks. The chefs cook infont of you and everything tastes extremely fresh and delicious! I have dietary requirements, and they made me the most delicious stir-fry and were so kind and accomodating and checked several times to make sure certain food was alright for me to eat. The tomato pickled in white wine is an absolute must-try, it's heaven! The atmosphere is awesome, and we really enjoyed both of our visits! Thoroughly recommend!

An unusual and innovative place worth visiting. We had the set lunch consisting of their signature morsel board with 12 different pickles topped with squid, fish etc. This was eaten with claypot rice with ham and corn. All quite delicious

Farm to table, modern Japanese. Well worth the visit. It has a great atmosphere and very reasonably priced. One of our favourite places in Japan. English menu.
