Delicious skewers with a great atmosphere. This shop is a favorite of some co-workers and it really paid off. The set menu had a variety of fresh fried vegetables, fish, and other food. My personal favorite were the asparagus and ginger. The staff presents each skewer to the group one after another and directs you which sauce/spice to use (if any) for the best taste. The bottomless cabbage is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxed, unique meal in Kyoto.

A great place to try kushiage for the first time. I loved the set menu and appreciated the staffs' efforts to understand my poor Japanese and their English explanations of each dish and how best to enjoy it.

Up to 3 times, skewers will automatically come out, and from the 4th time onwards, you will be asked if you would like to serve it according to the customer's stomach, so it is easy. Overall, it was cheap for a restaurant like this, and I was able to eat a lot with crispy and light clothes. I highly recommend this shop.
