amazing taste! if i can give more than 5 stars, it could reach go 10. the owner is so friendly too. a must if you are a fan of egg roll.

This is a shop that sells delicious dashimaki tamago (dashi-maki tamago) that I always stop by after visiting a customer in Kyoto (the orange-colored hanging banner that says ``Kyo-dashi-maki'' is a landmark). The shop is run by an elderly couple, and they handle each customer without showing a single sign of displeasure. I am concerned about whether there is a profit at this price... ^^ The taste is not strange, never boring, and deeply nutritious. It's as if the characters of the elderly couple who have kept the shop's noren for many years are evident. There is a slight scent of bamboo wrapping, which is very elegant and nice. As long as I go to Kyoto, I will definitely take it home. This is a valuable store that I hope will continue to operate for many years to come.

It's a shop on the corner of the Senbon-dori Kamichōjamachi intersection, and I've been interested in it for a while. I haven't been able to visit many places, so this was my first visit. When you enter the store, the aroma of dashi soup hits you. I bought 5 bottles expecting the scent. I had it for dinner, and it was delicious and did not disappoint.
