I love sandwiches (cooked bread) and have eaten them about 300 days a year for decades. I liked egg dishes and heard about the shop on TV, so I first heard about the sandwich and went to buy it. The bread at the new, stylish bakery in Kyoto may be delicious, but the sandwiches and the like are honestly not that good! Honestly, the egg taste is weak. Scrambled eggs taste like butter, but the egg taste is weak. Do you need scrambled eggs without this bread? I feel like that. I feel like the tsubu tsubu one fits this bread as well, just as the bread is particular about. And the tsubu tubu still had the flavor of eggs. When I make various egg sandwiches myself, the flavors tend to be bland, so I'm still doing a lot of trial and error 💦 On TV, you could make scrambled eggs at a high temperature, but I feel like the flavor will be stronger at a lower temperature, but I wonder what that means. As far as I know, there is only one delicious egg sandwich in Kyoto City. It's a long-established store, small and far from fashionable in the suburbs, but it's popular in the neighborhood and the sandwiches are almost sold out by lunchtime. The egg sandwich here looks just like the old days, but there's nothing special about it.
