If you want to eat yakiniku (offal) in Fukuchiyama, this is definitely the place. The shop has a homey feel, but the owners, a female parent and child, will serve you efficiently. The most important thing is the taste, but it's perfect without any pretense. Adding homemade garlic extract to the 100% homemade sauce transforms it. I often go to Yakiniku, but this place was truly number one. Tongue, skirt steak, ribs, senmai, and minnow are all thick, odorless, and delicious. There is hormone udon as a hidden menu item, and it is really delicious. If you want to eat meat in Fukuchiyama, go here instead of Yoshida Hormone or the all-you-can-eat restaurant in front of the station! ︎You won't regret it.
