Flowing sushi is different from conveyor belt sushi. This is a sushi restaurant where the sushi is made properly after you order. The good thing about it is that it's not formal and you can go there casually. The gari is also homemade, dry and delicious, which is a big plus! It's also good that the rice is small. You can eat many different kinds. I think it would be great for a celebration or as a small reward meal!

We also had namafu, which you don't often find at sushi restaurants, and green onion sushi and sea grape sushi that you only find at high-end restaurants. It's already the best. It's delicious no matter what you eat! Even though the sushi doesn't go around, the food you order comes to you in a lane, which is kind of interesting. You don't have to worry about the store staff, and it's also easy. I didn't know there was such a good sushi restaurant nearby... I definitely want to go once a month from now on. It's outside the prefecture, but when I went on a trip before, I liked it so much that I went there twice during my trip!
