When you think of Japanese food in Toyonaka, you think of Sakurakai. I am grateful that I was able to eat at this restaurant during the cherry blossom season. This time we had a special dish to commemorate our 25th anniversary. The owner and chef, Mr. Mitsuda, is particular about Japanese tableware and production areas, and from there he adds cooking techniques to create dishes that highlight the ingredients, making it a unique Japanese cuisine. We recommend sitting at the counter, but since there are many regulars, we recommend calling ahead to make a reservation.
