Perhaps because of my age, I feel sorry that the last part of the Japanese course (or more specifically) was not delicious. I found this restaurant where you can order from the lined up menu as you like (although there is also a course), and made a reservation from the web. Visited on a midsummer Saturday night. Order a drink and take your time to work through the menu. Conger eel, matsutake mushrooms, you can't miss this place. Is the famous Tenjin red plum steamed egg custard? "I'll order the boiled fish later..." I consulted with my partner and asked for it, but it may have been a burden on the store with an order that was too biased for boiled food. Tenjin Koumemushi is a steamed egg custard with the vivid color, sourness, and umami of pickled plums. The simmered conger eel and matsutake mushrooms and the steamed matsutake mushrooms in an earthenware pot may have been a bit overpowering, but both were delicious. The lotus root manju is so good, it's hard to find something like this in the Kanto region. The boiled akou is not too sweet, and my wife, who usually doesn't care about fish, ate even the smallest details between the bones. Figs with sesame vinegar, I wonder why I can think of this. I feel so happy until the funazushi chazuke at the end. I think that "Omakase" is reasonable for both the store and the customer as it saves time and effort. But “Okonomi” has a different charm. As a customer, it's a "fun time" when you're handed a menu that you want to order, and you want to order this. In terms of whether they can create such a menu and whether the restaurant can wait or respond, I am truly grateful for this restaurant. If you don't understand something by looking at the menu, asking a question will inevitably lead to communication with the restaurant. Let me reiterate that with each other's efforts, the overall level of satisfaction will increase. The owner, the second person, the person in charge of customer service, and everyone, who were just a visitor from Tokyo, treated us with kindness. Everything was delicious, and as a result, I might have been full rather than eating in the course. The price was not written on the menu, so I was a little nervous, but even though I ate all-you-can-eat, it was much quieter than I expected. The two couples were very satisfied after confirming the roots that eating is fun. Thank you for the meal.
Thank you to the captain for explaining the dishes so kindly. I learned a lot. It's delicious and well worth it. Very good food, unique ``Naniwa'' flavored kappo, recommended for foreign tourists, but with prior revision.
