Osaka, Japan｜Shabutei Shinsaibashi

This was my birthday dinner. We are so tired but still decided to walk 1km to this venue. It was worth it. A little expensive but we i think price is at average among different Shabu Shabu places. It also closes quite late so you can grab dinner a little later. Took a while to be seated but area can be private so it is best for couples. Theu have an English menu ordering was easy. The sauce is a little strong than my usual Shabu but it tastes good. We love the plum liqueur the most. we ordered on the rock and it is the best alcoholic drink I had in Osaka.

The beef was amazing even the standard set. I order both standard and the premium for comparison. Turn out the premium was just slightly better. If you are on a budget just go with the standard and you will still be alright Ice water is free no need to order a fancy drink unless you want to.

Delicious food. Clean restaurant. Friendly staff. They have menu in english with pictures. Staff doesn't speak english but you can still communicate by pointing at the picture menu.
