Great hole in the wall joint for kushiage. The place has lots of locals but owner is friendly with foreigners! Vibes are great, would definitely recommend. Also the beer is served in an incredibly cold glass.

Extremely delicious and great service. We got the 13 piece option and loved every thing we got. Seems like it’s more of a locals establishment, which we love. We don’t speak any Japanese and were able to get by just fine. Would definitely go back!

A delicious restaurant with a very friendly owner serving “KushiKatsu” (fried food on a stick). Everything is served fresh, hot, and crispy! It’s a set meal with varying tiers and items are seasonal so expect an array of items. I had eggplant, scallop, shrimp, meatballs, and many other things. I would highly recommend this place. It’s called Kushino MatsuZaka, but the English translation won’t come up in Google Maps.
