A long-established okonomiyaki restaurant that has been in business for three generations in Kire, Hirano-ku, Osaka. I visited for the first time after hearing rumors that it was a delicious yakisoba restaurant. When I asked the third generation owner, who seemed friendly and kind, what he recommended, he recommended ``Kasu Yakisoba.'' Kasu is apparently meat scraps that people in the Kanto region are not familiar with, and it is the part of the offal that is fried to a crisp until the fat is removed. Yakisoba with thick noodles and sweet and spicy sauce is exquisite! The plump texture of the meat scraps also enhances the deliciousness! Definitely a famous Yakisoba restaurant! !
