I thought it would be salty since it is a sauce made with miso, but it tastes very sweet and is not salty. Even though I don't really like miso itself, I enjoyed this pork cutlet. However, it's a shame that this branch is located in a food court, so you have to eat in a somewhat crowded atmosphere.

I've been indebted to you since I was in Nagoya 20 years ago. Stable ingredients and soft tonkatsu. Exquisite miso sauce.
