The store manager's response was very good. I went with a friend and ordered the shrimp chili set meal for both of us, but for some reason it seems like the serving for one person was delayed (it didn't really matter), so I had to bring the set meal. The manager also came to the table from behind the person in the hall and apologized politely. I ended up staying a little longer because I was talking with a friend, but when I was paying, the manager apologized for the delay. I felt that this was a polite response. It was my first visit to the store as I was coming back from cherry blossom viewing at Osaka Castle, but I would like to come again if I have the chance. The shrimp chili was also delicious!
