I visited on a weekday noon and ordered a gyoza W lunch. The gyoza, the main dish, was crispy on the outside and refreshing on the inside. I was satisfied because the amount was just enough to fill me up. The shop just opened on 2022/12/11, and there were quite a few take-out customers in the store during lunchtime on weekdays, but I was able to enter immediately. The store has 1st and 2nd floors, and the 1st floor has about 10 seats including the counter. It was my first visit to the store, but I ordered the "Gyoza Double Lunch", which includes a lot of grilled gyoza, the restaurant's specialty. Looking at other customers in the store, I got the impression that many people ordered gyoza plate lunch. Since it just opened, the store was clean and the food was delicious. The store clerk was also energetic and polite, and I felt very good. The tabletop menu on the table introduces three recommended ways to eat gyoza, and I enjoyed each one with a different taste. In addition, when the store clerk recommended adding rock salt to the dumplings, the taste of the dumpling seeds was enhanced and it was even more delicious. Personally, I think rock salt is the best. Also, I would like to visit when I go nearby. Next time I would like to try mapo tofu and tantan noodles other than dumplings. Today, I added one serving of gyoza to the "Gyoza Plate Lunch" and ordered "Shiso Gyoza". In addition to dumplings, the plate had fried chicken, green zasai, and potato salad. Gyoza is very delicious and the usual Osaka King. Each side dish on the plate was delicious and made me want to eat more. Shiso gyoza was wrapped in shiso and wrapped in gyoza skin, and it was very delicious with the freshness of shiso and the punch of gyoza.
