This place is the epitome of Japanese entrepreneurial spirit. A Lone Ranger of sorts, preparing his own food and meticulously cultivating the most amazing food experience possible within 8 square metres of gyoza heaven. If you have travelled to or live on the other side of town, get off your arse and visit the best and I mean BEST dumpling bar in Osaka. Honour system with the beers (put your empties in a bucket and we sort it out later) and an amazing ambience top off one of Japan’s greatest secrets. This is why we travel. 10/10.

First off, the vibe of this restaurant is immaculate.. cozy & inviting.. great music and a wonderful selection of craft libations to choose from in a delightful self serve fashion that makes you feel totally at home. Second and most important, the chef & owner is a culinary artist.. crafting bar none, the best dumplings I’ve ever had the pleasure of eating. Unique, inventive, simply amazing. We ordered 7 varieties, and I plan on sampling the rest before I skip town. Do yourself a favor and spend some time here! 10/10 recommend

Lovely and intimate small business with the best dumplings! Their concept is simple, grab your own drink from the cooler and order the dumplings of your choice. Fresh produce for sure! Highly recommend this place.
