Osaka, Japan｜Gyutan-sumibiyaki Yoshiji Shinsaibashi

As recommended by xhs, the Shinsaibashi store opens at 18:00 on weekdays and 17:00 on weekends. I went to wait at the door at 17:40 on Thursday. I was the first one, and four or five people came behind me. It’s not that there weren’t many people at the meal, but it wasn’t full by the time I finished eating. One person recommends ordering the 2050 set meal, which comes with rice and oxtail soup. I also like pickles. The grilled ox tongue is really delicious! There is nothing that others say can’t be chewed. There is a Chinese menu now, and I can probably understand Japanese.

Always loved gyutan dishes back in Aus. This was next level, ordered the set menu. Grilled oxe tongue and spicy miso pickle were amazing. Hope I can eat here again before I leave Osaka.
