Osaka, Japan｜Creo-Ru Takoyaki & Okonomiyaki

I always take my friends and family to this restaurant, the wait is not too long, and very foreigner-friendly. Staff speak English and also very well managed. Basement Floor is if you would like to have teppan, Takoyaki and okonomiyaki. 2F is more for kushikatsu and Takoyaki. Goes perfect with an ice cold beer!

Tucked in the basement behind two stalls selling barbecue skewers and takoyaki, this restaurant serves flavorful okonomiyaki cooked with different condiments and their signature takoyaki. The takoyaki in particular is creamy and tasty. There may be a short waiting time though but worth the wait.

Tried their Japanese style takoyaki, negiyaki, modanyaki, yakisoba, and okonomiyaki. I went here last year and went back recently. It’s definitely more crowded and we had to queue for 30 mins+, but they didn’t take that long to serve so it’s all good. The portion was a bit small considering the prices, but the food tasted great and plenty of options for the toppings! Definitely recommending the okonomiyaki, especially with the mentaiko mochi topping! They could be too salty for some people though.
