One word: the best. Each dish has a story behind it, and this is a restaurant that values ​​Japan's four seasons very much. There's a good balance between fish and meat, and all of them are made with seasonal ingredients. He has a very strong sense of hospitality, and we even let him sample drinks and vegetables that were not included in the course. Also, I never get tired of being told about local ingredients that I didn't know about before, and hearing stories from the store owner who has a wealth of knowledge. I've never thought about returning to a teppanyaki restaurant like this, but I wanted to enjoy this restaurant in all four seasons, so I definitely wanted to visit it again. It was a wonderful shop. A restaurant like a teppanyaki restaurant rather than a teppanyaki restaurant. Until the main meat dish comes out, you will forget that it is a teppanyaki restaurant.
