If you’re looking chawanmushi, this is the place to go. They have a variety of flavors to choose from. Personally I would recommend trying the cold carbonara flavor as well as the classic chawanmushi. The eel flavor also balances the taste of the eel with the steamed egg. The menu is not in english but google translate can easily solve this. The owner also uses google translate to communicate and is very considerate of the customers. The place is somewhat hard to find as it is in the inner part of the adora building.

This is a high level of chawanmusi. The creativity and taste is beyond the wildest imagination. Chef is nice, polite and humble..

The steamed egg with cheese is really delicious! Egg and cheese is absolutely a perfect match! The clam soup is very fresh and the clam is as big as my hand. Surprising! The service and price are good as well! Nice shop and nice staff. I will come back next time!
