Osaka, Japan｜Hajime

Got recommended this place by an Osakan. Unpretentious, casual place with tasty homey dishes that’s away from the crowds. The floors are greasy, as are the menus but the food is solid and the vibe is homey as well. The eggplant, fried chicken and pork with kimchi were delicious. And all went down well with a couple of beers.

First visit was 30 years ago I still use it from time to time. Looks like my aunt is retired. But there is a spa salad Obanzai is the best! I'll go again

At first, I heard that this is a restaurant where celebrities come, so I went to visit it. I've been there over 10 times now! Perhaps the stage is in Osaka? I think it was the final launch (I looked it up and they were doing a stage performance), but I often saw famous celebrities such as Yu Aoi without makeup, Haruma Miura on another day, and Arata Furuta on another day. To do! Machami (Masami Hisamoto) twice! A friend of mine said he saw Tatsuya Fujiwara and Kotaro Yoshida! ! That's amazing. I think the dishes are a bit on the strong side for someone like me who likes light flavors, but everything is delicious. It goes well with alcohol! Alcohol (especially shochu, fruit wine, etc.) is abundant. and! In particular, the draft beer is served in old-fashioned thick mugs that have been chilled in the freezer, so it's colder and more delicious than the extra cold that's common these days (lol). I'll be visiting again soon.
