I recently had the pleasure of dining at Matsunoya Nansandori, and I must say, it left a lasting impression on me. This charming restaurant specializes in tonkatsu while also offering a delectable selection of other dishes. If you're a fan of crispy and succulent tonkatsu, coupled with mouthwatering fried oysters, then this is the place for you. The star of the show was undoubtedly the tonkatsu. The dish featured perfectly breaded and deep-fried pork cutlets, which were cooked to golden perfection. The crispy exterior contrasted wonderfully with the tender and juicy meat inside. Every bite was a symphony of textures and flavors, leaving me craving more. Not to be overshadowed, the fried oysters were an equally delightful surprise. The oysters were plump and brimming with flavor, enveloped in a light and crunchy batter. Served alongside a tangy tartar sauce, the combination was simply heavenly. The freshness of the oysters shone through, making them an absolute must-try for seafood enthusiasts.

Perfect eatery when it's late at night and every body is closed. Really good fried chicken with rice and gravy!! As a certified thicc boi from the USA, I approve of this chicken. They have take away as well. Very affordable at 550-700 yen.

Their tonkatsu is nice for chain restaurant, i really recommend their tonkatsu with miso sauce. English menu also available here, you dont have to worry even you have to order in machine for the first time. Service is quick, and お茶🍵 is free refill
