Okay as of today 04/08/2023 I became a fan of this place. 5 stars is not enough to grade this location. Food: well they certainly gave justice to the food as what you see is what you get plsu you get free refills. Service: They do reach out and ask you if you want a refill which they do very fast.. 10-15seconds lol. 10star rating. Atmosphere: I am a foreigner but I felt at home on this place, for me its very important as there is no place like home. They have an English Menu on their tablet which is super easy to operate... they also have a paper menu option. If you happen to drop by Porta Dinning in Kyoto this is probably one of the greatest deals that place has to offer.
