October 23, 2023 Sunny A very delicious pork chop restaurant. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The grilled pork chop was a little greasy. The fried pork loin is the best. There is free parking

I was able to go there by car as there was a parking lot that could park several cars behind the store. Since I went there without any prior knowledge, I was shocked to see the rare tonkatsu. I'm sorry. I'm not a fan of having tonkatsu served rare, but there's no doubt that this tonkatsu is very delicious. The pork cutlet was thick and voluminous, with a light batter, and was tender and juicy from start to finish without any streaks. It's like a completely different dish from the tonkatsu you usually eat. The miso soup was a pork soup with lots of ingredients, and it was really delicious. The price is a little high, but I thought it was actually cheap given the quality. The rice seems to be cooked a little softer, so this seems to have different tastes. The interior of the store had a calm, adult atmosphere, and the background music playing in the quiet space was soothing, and we had a wonderful time.

The interior of the store is spacious and clean, with solid wood chairs and tables. The parking lot can park about 2 cars in front of the store. It's a little hard to find, but there is a parking lot behind the store that can park about 10 cars. Today we had a special loin and a special fillet set meal (both 1800 yen). The thin coating doesn't make your stomach feel heavy at all. The meat is perfectly fried with a slight redness in the middle. Although the meat was from Yamagata, the tonkatsu was made with grated ponzu sauce and wasabi, so you could really feel the flavor of the meat. The pickles were a little sweet and the dressing for the cabbage on the table was a little disappointing, but other than that, this is a high-quality pork cutlet specialty restaurant. This is a store I want to visit regularly.
