Visited at lunchtime on weekdays and ordered the W roast pork cutlet set meal 1400 Yen. I like to eat delicious tonkatsu with salt rather than sauce, so when I saw the cutlet covered in demi-glace sauce, I thought I had failed, but when I tried it, I made a big mistake. This homemade demi-glace sauce is rich yet modest and delicious. The meat is also soft and the batter with just the right amount of oil is delicious.
