The famous takoyaki restaurant/stall, serving delicious freshly made balls of doughy goodness with octopus pieces. Hard working older couple preparing the takoyaki in front of the store. Cooked on medium heat for 10 minutes or so to get the perfect crispy outer texture and soft gooey inner taste. 8 pieces for ¥480 at the time of writing.

The best takoyaki I’ve had in my life. Extremely well cooked and crispy on the outside and a soft middle with the perfect amount of octopus inside. It was so fresh as I had to wait 10 minutes just to get them. I really enjoyed how they kept the toppings simple with just some sauce so that you could truly taste the masterpiece. A must go if you are in Osaka!
