I actually tasted it at a festival in Kawaguchi, Saitama. The original sauce is unique and delicious. After ordering the 2-piece platter, I ordered the 4-piece platter because it was delicious and I soon became a repeat customer. There is a similar four-type Yamachan in Kawaguchi. Apparently they were neighbors in Odaiba.
