Akashiyaki is not takoyaki. Both are the same in that the balls are made of egg and octopus legs. But Akashiyaki is eaten with refreshing soup stock instead of Japanese brown source. Tastes sweet and really delilious 😊

Ever since I was in my twenties, whenever I'm hungry while walking down Sanbangai, I've unconsciously popped under the curtain of a takoyaki shop. I ate here for the first time in a few months. As always, it has a gentle taste. It's a taste that you can continue to feel delicious for decades.
