Osaka, Japan｜Takoyaki Kukuru Dotonbori

It's a popular place. There is always a long line of people waiting for takoyaki. It's a little bit mushy than what we expected, but tasted good overall. The staffs were very friendly and skillful. It's fun to watch him making takoyaki.

When we went for a walk in Dotonbori in the evening, there was quite a long line here. You really can't go wrong with Takoyaki in Osake. So we got in line. You can either eat in the restaurant or order outside to take away. It takes a really long time at night. Is it worth the wait? The takoyaki are okay, not bad but nothing special either. Why then still 5 stars? Because you can watch while waiting and follow every single step exactly. Time definitely goes by faster that way. The boy was super fast!

First time eating takoyaki and it was delicious. We got 1 box and it comes with 8 takoyaki balls, and cost around 960 yen. There are other place that are cheaper but don’t know if the quality is as good. Highly recommend.
