Osaka, Japan｜Acchichi Honpo Dotonbori

A bit of a wait, long queues but definitely worth it. Waited in line for about 10mins around midday on a Wednesday. Saw massive lines there on the weekend. Big juicy chunks of octopus yum 🤤 A couple of different sauces to try. I’d suggest the original. There’s a downstairs area to sit down and eat but watch out for the small and steep stairs. Felt sorry for the place next door that has no customers.

Tastes great, was ¥600 for 8 takoyaki, can get quite a queue but for good reason. It’s in a very nice location on the bridge as well for enjoyable eating.

One of the Dotonbori classics, this is worth the wait. Don't expect sad frozen sourced Takoyaki, this is made fresh and nice and gooey. While I think there are other places in Osaka which are equally as good this si definitely still worth a go.
