This is the best kept secret about Japanese people's Sushi. Contrary to what most of the tourists know, local people, especially local old people eat from this sushi chain. The sushi is fresh and tasty. The price is slightly higher, but all worthy it. The next you are in Japan and see this sign, go and try it out, you won't go to other commercial sushi chain again.
