Amazing authentic Japanese Sushi. The staff were amazing!!

I went to Hsinchu in Taisho for the first time! I went there by car, but there is an affiliated parking lot near the store, so I issued a parking ticket and took it to the store, and it was free! Today, I didn't want it to get crowded around noon, so I came to the store around 11:30, but as expected, by 11:50, the store was almost full! ! ! I'm glad I went early! Speaking of sushi... The story is really big! And fresh! good! ! ! For those of us who love sushi and are big eaters, this dish was very satisfying! And! When choosing sushi, you can use smaller pieces of rice, so I think it's easy for women who don't eat a lot to go there⭐︎ There were a lot of unusual items, and I ordered 17 dishes, red onion soup, and tempura, and I was surprised at how delicious they all were! I also ordered a bottle of non-alcoholic beer and it cost about 6,000 yen for two people! I think it was cheaper than eating sushiro or something like that ^_^ Also, the store staff were very friendly and kind, which left a good impression! This is a sushi restaurant I want to go to again! ! !

The fresh and plump big material was the most delicious. The kasujiru was very reasonably priced, with lots of ingredients, and the soup stock was delicious, but the price was around 300 yen! I was surprised😲 Red soup is also served at lunch. The fish was in it and the taste of the soup stock was rich and delicious. (sorry no photo) I'll go again♫
