Great sushi and drinks! As always with rotating sushi the prices are very reasonable. I've found it easy to enjoy eating gluten free at rotating sushi restaurants in Japan. As long as I'm careful not to order anything with sauce I haven't had any trouble with finding gluten free options on the menu. Tuna and salmon nigiri are my go-to! There is salt, wasabi and sometimes I'll bring my own soy sauce or sesame oil to add. (No risk of insulting the chef at rotating sushi so it's a good option if you don't want to be rude but need to bring your own toppings)
