I made it with duck and dried sardines in dark soy sauce♪♪ The soup stock was strong, and there was a large duck chashu, red onion, and mizuna on top. It was really delicious (о´∀`о)❤︎ We also have izakaya menus such as chicken tataki, sashimi, and chicken nanban!! The general is also a kind person ♪♪ I will go again★

A new ramen shop opened near Arai Station, so I went in right away. I ordered the white soy sauce ramen, and the rich flavor of the chicken and the fragrant soup of the dried sardines were really delicious. The distinctive feature was the noodles, the chewy texture of the thick noodles perfectly complemented the soup. There is no complaints about the deliciousness of the grilled pork.
