Kamikawa, Hyogo, Japan｜Sansui

I stopped by on my way back from Tomine Kogen around 1pm. When you enter the store from the parking lot, there are 3 4-person tables on the tatami room on the left, 3 tables on the right, and 7 seats at the counter? When I told the number of people at the register, I was directed to a tatami room. There is a chin at the cash register, so if you can't hear it, press it. While I was sitting in the tatami room waiting, the staff brought me tea and towels. Once you have decided what you want, you call the staff and place your order. Unfortunately, Anajyu and Tendon were sold out before 1pm on Sunday. sad. I wanted to eat it lol I regained my composure and ordered the Autumn Leaves Set Meal and the popular Nabeyaki Udon Set Meal that had a flag posted at the entrance. It may have been the timing, but it was a lot of fun, with a variety of things to enjoy, including grilled sashimi, conger eel, fried fish, steamed egg custard, and mixed rice with minced chicken (probably something like this). Chawanmushi is not as sweet as the light and dilute commercially available ones that I usually eat, but it is as hard and rich as thick pudding. My first impression was that the pudding was not sweet lol I feel like the quantity is a bit lacking, but it was all delicious so please give it a try! The nabeyaki udon noodles had a strong soup stock and the chicken oil was delicious. PayPay payment was possible.

Because it was a modest price of 1500 yen, I ordered my favorite dish, eel bowl, for dinner. I was surprised when it was brought to me, and it was the size of the top or special size in a general store, and it was plump and very delicious. I can only say that it is generous to provide the contents that would cost 4000-5000 yen in the city at this price. Thought I'd stop by again when driving to Hyogo.

I went for lunch on Saturday and every dish was delicious and cost performance was the best.
