Highly recommended, great food, great service and place.

I had boiled sea bream for lunch. Every single dish that uses koji miso and sake lees is delicious, and I was surprised by the large number of items! Even if you can't drink alcohol, sweet sake is served as an aperitif, and it's delicious! The sake lees jelly for dessert was also cold and refreshing, and I wanted to eat as many as I could. The atmosphere of the shop is also good and I am very satisfied. The surrounding area was made to look like a sake brewery village, and I was able to shop for sake breweries on the way home, which was also nice. It is a shop that you want to come again and again.

I had the salt koji chicken of the Bincho charcoal course. It was really delicious. In addition to the salt koji chicken, the appetizer was elaborate and delicious. The charcoal-grilled shio-koji chicken, which is the main dish, has a charcoal-grilled aroma, and the flavor of the meat brought out by the shio-koji is further enhanced by adding wasabi. Unfortunately, I was driving a car, so I couldn't drink sake here with this meal. I thought it would have been more delicious if I could eat while drinking alcohol.
