I stopped by a few years ago and have been here for the first time in a while. They provide raw eggs for free. The soba noodles are firm and have a great texture! I had it with egg-cooked rice and it was delicious. Lastly, we had soba-yu with soup stock.

You can eat as many raw eggs as you want, so If you order rice, the soba noodles with egg rice and egg soup are delicious😁

After going to the Takeda Castle Ruins, I wanted to eat soba so I stopped by. I had Izushi soba and rice with egg. You can order as many eggs as you want, but since the amount of rice is fixed, I decided to order two. As a big eater, I thought it might not be enough, but I ended up being full with 5 plates of soba and egg-cooked rice.
