Visited in September 2023. I received a flower basket meal. It's crowded at night, but if you wait a little longer, you can fit in alone. This Japanese-style restaurant, Hakkakutei Wadayama Branch, is a Japanese restaurant located in Wadayama-cho, Asago City, Hyogo Prefecture. It seems that it was founded in 1975 and serves authentic Japanese cuisine using local ingredients. The interior of the store had a calm atmosphere where you could feel the warmth of the wood. We have counter seats, table seats, and private rooms, so it can be used for a variety of occasions. For lunch, there seem to be set meals and courses. There are a wide variety of set meals using Wadayama ingredients, such as seafood bowls and tempura set meals. The course menu will allow you to enjoy dishes made with seasonal ingredients. For dinner, there was an omakase course and a multi-course meal. The omakase course allows you to enjoy the recommended dishes of the day. Kaiseki cuisine allows you to enjoy dishes that reflect the changing seasons. This restaurant seems to be particular about using local ingredients, including fresh vegetables purchased from contracted farmers in Wadayama and seafood from Hyogo Prefecture. Recommended if you want to enjoy authentic Japanese food in Wadayama!

I visited on Saturday at the end of August. I was waiting for 3 pairs, but I was able to sit down immediately. There is a parking lot, but it is not so large, so after we entered, the remaining two cars were left open. The seats are separated and the semi-private room is calm and relaxing. The price is high, but I think it's a good atmosphere shop.

A weekend in late August. I used it for lunch. It was before 12:00, but it was full. Write your name and wait. After a while, I was informed. Jazz is played comfortably in the BGM in the calm interior of an old private house. The menu has a variety of set meals. Orders are placed using a touch panel. Ordered the sukiyaki set. Arrived shortly. Seasoned with elegant soy sauce and sugar, it's an exquisite dish. The amount feels just right. They all had attractive drink menus on the walls. I couldn't use it due to my itinerary, but I wanted to try it. It must be a popular store, and multiple groups were waiting at the time of checkout. It seems that you can make a reservation, so if you are worried about the waiting time, we recommend making a reservation.
