A classic udon restaurant in the Tajima area that I have visited many times since I was a child. The spacious, old-fashioned restaurant has table and tatami seating, making it a family-friendly atmosphere. It is located on the main street and has a spacious parking lot. This restaurant has the image of serving hot udon noodles, including nabeyaki, but since I visited on a hot day, I had cold udon noodles for the first time. Udon noodles topped with large pickled plums and grated radish. The sweet pickled plums went well with the soup and had a refreshing taste. The enka music playing inside the store has a nice atmosphere and is very nice.

I came here on the recommendation of a friend. This is an authentic handmade udon restaurant with a wide variety of menu items, so you'll be spoiled for choice. This time I had duck udon noodles, and the soup stock worked well and it was very delicious. It is along the national highway and can be crowded depending on the time of day.
