This is the only McDonald's in Aioi City. On Saturdays and Sundays during the day, both the store and the drive-thru are crowded. If you go a little early (10:30-11:00), ordering and receiving your order will often be smoother. If you end up at McDonald's during a busy time, I think the best solution is to sit in an empty seat first and use mobile ordering. Even though the staff was busy, I had a good impression of being polite and attentive.
