I made a request over the phone that I wanted to eat local foods other than Tajima chicken sukiyaki. It's reasonably priced for a Japanese restaurant, but as far as I can see from the reviews, it was said that a ridiculous amount would come out, so I went there with my stomach. Even though we were two people, we were served 4 raw eggs, followed by a plate with sukiyaki meat and vegetables... on a splendid plate that looked like something you would find in a ryokan room. (laughs) Even if you know, eh, how many people is this? I want to check it out. You won't get tired of the texture because it contains not only the thighs and breast, but also the neck and squirrels! I imagined sweet sukiyaki, but it was too delicious with a refreshing soy sauce flavor and a nice accent of Japanese pepper. The other dishes were also delicious, but I will only post photos that have a strong impact.
