Come here because I can't find mooncake, so I'm tryin tsukimi burger.

When I came to the store yesterday after placing an order using mobile order, the payment was not successful and the order had not gone through. Despite this clumsiness, the staff member who responded to me was kind and courteous. I would like to learn from him as someone who works in the same customer service industry. If all employees could handle this kind of response, McDonald's would be too busy.

The inside of the restaurant was clean and I was able to eat in peace.
