Kamigori, Hyogo, Japan｜Kanajiya

A superb soba shop in the middle of nowhere. It’s soba is delicious. I also had agedashi soba dofu, was delicious too. If you order teishoku set, you will get a bowl of soba rice and a few small dishes of side dishes. The service is excellent. The location is great surrounded by rice fields and other fields. It is a great place to visit.

We are working at the SPRING8-facility and had to cycle down to this restaurant. It is the best one I have ever been to in Japan, the location is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing and very authentic. The staff was so nice and showered us in sweets we have never seen elsewhere. We choose the «mushroom grated ankake» and it was delicious!! Highly recommend this place!
