After visiting the brewery of Shimomura Sake Brewery, I visited with the president. We brought in a special Shirakage Izumiyama Hai Junmai Sake Yamada Nishiki and warmed it up directly from the president! I'm driving, so my wife treats me (that's nice~) to go with Botan Nabe! No peculiarities at all! The soup is also excellent! It was a good dashi (what kind of dashi? Original superb dashi!)! It looks like white miso, but it has no miso feeling and is smooth. Kami-san, who doesn't like to eat gibier, also raves about it! Originally, it was udon noodles, but I got Jinenjo's tororo for rice 🍚 and had a pot soup in there! (O_O) Super horse! Drinks! ! ! I was very satisfied with the salt-grilled sweetfish from the Ibo River and the pot rice of Mozuku crab!

Ayu pot rice with mokuzu crab! was delicious! We had 7 people come in today, and they all said they want to come again! I will definitely go again next year! Next time, I will visit Amago in April to eat wild vegetables!
