The soba noodles have a firm texture, but the soup is also strong, making it an excellent combination. I often go there on weekdays, and there are a lot of customers, so even though they are open from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m., they often run out of items quickly. It's a pinch because the parking lot fills up quickly. Everyone knows where the delicious food is!

I arrived 5 minutes before opening time, but it was last minute for the first round. I had a tempura set meal. Thin soba noodles. Delicate and solid soba noodles. It's crunchy and throat, and it's perfect. The soba soup is also a good dashi soup, and is it somewhat addictive? It may be, but it will be a dish that will be completed when combined with soba. Isn't it the type of soba that you eat without adding anything or eat with salt? At least, that way of eating is not recommended by the shop. It's a shop with a small menu, but it's a shop that does business with soba noodles. However, I think that this restaurant is not suitable for those who want to enjoy a leisurely lunch or lunch break.

I had the first and last Kamoshiru Soba (discontinued at the end of February 2023) and Oroshi Soba set meal. I feel very disappointed because the duck soup is so delicious. The taste is a little strong. For the first time in my life, soba-yu tasted delicious!
