I got Bang Bang noodles for 770 yen. Menu prices are shown excluding tax. Still, it's generally cheap and has a full menu that's appealing. It was my first time seeing Bang Bang Noodles, so I decided to try it. A very spicy and thick Chinese-style bean paste is served on top of the light soup ramen. I enjoyed it by dissolving the bean paste in the soup and adjusting the spiciness to my liking. The noodles were delicious with a good mix of umami and spiciness. The volume of noodles is also quite large. The shiitake mushrooms in the bean paste give it a great accent, including the texture. This is the first time I've thought of shiitake mushrooms as a good accent in ramen. The order rate for hormone ramen was high.

2022 01 Visit This is my favorite store and I've been going there for over 30 years. I live in Kobe and go there on my way home from work and snowboarding. Recommended is bang bang noodles!! ️ My favorite ramen is spicy but delicious. You can specify the spiciness and firmness of the noodles when ordering. We also recommend miso ramen, fried rice, and gyoza❗

Is delicious. The price is low and it is reasonable.
