[Himeji Shokudo] is a restaurant located about 5 minutes walk from the castle exit of Himeji Station on the JR Kobe Line. Nowadays, due to soaring prices, many restaurants are reluctantly raising their prices, but you can have lunch for as little as 500 yen lol. You're kind to all people lol The 500 yen menu includes oden set meal (4 items of choice), grilled fish set meal, and boiled fish set meal, which is more than enough lol. This time, I ordered Himeji's specialty, Hinepon, as a separate item with the oden set meal! Radishes, eggs, tofu, and flatten that soak up the soup stock and are full of flavor? Contains 2 pieces. Too good value. Himeji Oden's unique ginger soup stock is delicious. I prefer the hinepon to be a little thicker, but it's chewy and delicious! I think I'll try going at night next time.

Depending on the time I went, there was no strong-looking man smoking at the counter. I wonder if there are few people like that because the store name is a cafeteria. I felt relaxed in the store. I ordered udon noodles as an addition to the kimchi nabe, but there is udon noodles and the amount in this photo is quite small if it is only the kimchi nabe. The fried octopus was elastic and very tasty. The black pepper that came with it was also delicious.

The fried chicken set meal 580 yen is cheap, voluminous and delicious. There are quite a lot of customers at noon. The customer service was good and lively. The manager did a great job.
