Parking is available in front and side of the store. The interior of the store has table seats and tatami mat seats, and it is a safe seat with corona countermeasures. Meals include sara soba, as well as other hot soba noodles. A unique type of soba is “Tonkatsu soba”. Simple soba noodles with tonkatsu on top of warm soba noodles. You may think, “What!?”, but it is quite delicious. The broth soaks into the tonkatsu batter and is delicious. Please try it once. Udon noodles are also available. Udon is also chewy and delicious. You can also enjoy sara-udon instead of sara-soba. This is a restaurant where you can eat udon even if you don't like soba. If you ask for a bowl of rice, it comes with sweetened boiled river fish. Even the bones are soft and this is also very delicious. I often go to Tonkatsu soba from Sobaichi rather than Izushi Sara soba. The restaurant is far from Izushi city, so it is a restaurant where locals come to eat rather than tourists. So it must be delicious.
